Non Professional DIY Glass Pool Fencing and Glass Balustrade Kits

Save money by installing your own glass fencing .

Zeus Fencing offers it's extensive range of fencing products as self-installation kits for the DIY market or builder wishing to save on installation expenses. Kits are available for our entire range Semi Frameless Glass, Frameless Glass and  Fencing Systems. Kits make use of our extensive range ( 240 individual panel types ) of panel sizes giving us the ability to meet a large scopeof individual requirements without resorting to custom panels. Our proprietary fencing calculation program also allows us to quickly calculate for you the best panel combination just like The professionals (see picture to right). Depending on your ability we recommend the Apollo style semi frameless for the 1st time installer for it's ease of Installation with the bonus being a product superior to standard modular semi-frameless.

It's easy !!! Installation is shown in the following example of an Apollo Fence being installed into a standard concrete slab.

1. Measure and confirm panel sizes and post placement

2. Mark Post placement for core drilling and confirm measurements

3. Core drill to minimum depth of 100mm

4. Clean area

5.Wedge Posts into core Holes

6. Level Posts & Set at Correct Heights

7. Re-check step 6

8. Set Post with appropriate fixing Compound ( ZEUS Certified Epoxy & Setting Compound )

9. Remove & Clean off Excess

10. Allow to Set

11. Place Dress Ring at post base

12. Measure for Placement of APOLLO Glass Locking Clamps

13. Fix APOLLO Glass locking Clamps to Post

14. Place and Level Glass to Posts

15. Tighten Locking Clamps to Glass at appropriate torque setting

16. Place top Cap on Post

17. Wash and Clean Fence and Installation Area
